By utilizing high-precision sensors (with an accuracy of ±2%) to monitor energy consumption data in real-time and applying AI algorithms to optimize equipment operation, the system achieves a reduction of 2-3 kWh in electricity consumption per ton of coal and a decrease of 5%-8% in energy waste, while simultaneously improving the efficiency of production plan adjustments by 12%-15%. Its three-dimensional visualized monitoring network not only enables real-time diagnostic warnings for equipment status but also facilitates the coordinated optimization of environmental indicators and production efficiency. This technology has won the MUSE Award in the Concept Design category, providing a replicable technological paradigm for the green and intelligent upgrading of coal enterprises.
